What if I want to stay longer?
We're thrilled that you'd like to stay with us longer. Please do not hesitate to reach out to our bookings team who will do everything in their power to find you a solution within the frame of our operational availabilities. Due to high demand, we recommend to get in touch at least two months before the end of your contract and we will certainly do our best to accommodate Vonder’s existing community as a priority. Can two people live in one room?
We do allow couples and friends to stay in our bigger rooms, ensuring there’s plenty of space for both of your comfort. (This doesn’t apply to 2 –and 3-bedroom apartments)
Do you offer extra storage?
We do not provide extra storage, but we’re happy to point you in the right direction upon request. Reach out to your community manager for more info.
Does each apartment have access to washing machines?
Yes! Washing machines and dryers will either be found in your apartment or our facilities have a common laundry room – it varies across our Vonder residences.
Can I receive mail at my place?
Sure! All apartments have mailboxes with the corresponding unit number on them. Just make sure you include it when you state your address.
Is there parking on site?
We do occasionally offer private parking, please request upon booking.

Is there a maintenance team on site to help me with any technical issue?
If it’s a broken light bulb or a clogged shower drain, you can count on us. We have a large maintenance team, reach out to your community manager and they will always find a speedy solution.
How do I pay my rent?
Your rent is expected to be paid on the first of every month via bank transfer.
What kind of support can I count on when I move in?
From on-boarding to assigning you a community manager you can rely on, to maintenance and technical help, all the way to fun members’ activities and a chance to be a vibrant part of our ever-growing community!
What's included in the price?
Your monthly rent covers all bills ranging from gas and electricity all the way to fastspeed internet. Berlin tenants only: We'll be happy to prepare the address registration document (Anmeldung) for you, it’s part of our on-boarding process. The only bill you need to take care of is the TV/Radio tax (17.50€/month per household, meaning if you have roommates you can divide the cost among you), that will pop into your mailbox once you have registered your address in Berlin.
Are pets allowed?
As much as we love our furry friends, our apartments are not pet-friendly. (Except for service animals.)
What is the minimum stay?
Minimum stay depends on the Vonder location. In both Berlin and London our minimum stay is three months, in Warsaw you can start with a one month stay.
What kind of apartments are you offering?
Our apartments range from studio, 1,2,3-bedroom private or shared spaces. All of them are fully furnished, all-inclusive with a modern, cozy design and state-of-the-art equipment. You’ll find variations of studios with balcony and without, etc. to ensure all of you will find a home that’s suited to your needs, please have a close look at our listings.
