Coliving, by its very nature, is a housing concept committed to sustainability. At Vonder we take this commitment very seriously.
When it comes to designing our Vonder apartments we focus a lot on their design and furnishings. We believe in building and creating great places to live, with an emphasis on quality design. But with this commitment to amazing design comes a commitment to creating flats and living spaces that are designed with sustainability in mind.
We are always proud of our collaboration with the amazing design team @Homewings who make our visions come to life in each and every one of our Vonder flats.

This year we are delighted to, together with Homewings, donate a carbon neutral gift in order to give back to our beloved planet. Together with Ecologi, we have teamed up to plant 500 trees this year as our gift to the environment. This is approximately one tree per apartment that Vonder and Homewings designed together in 2020.
Planting trees through Ecologi doesn’t just help rebuild forests and natural environments the world over, it also supports local communities who plant and tend for the trees and it restores natural wildlife habitats for many animals.

At Vonder we are committed to reducing our carbon footprint and our carbon pollution. We believe that it is important that we achieve this through making sure we are always being environmentally conscious when designing each of our co-living flats and complexes. This is a commitment we honour across our co-living London, Berlin, Warsaw and Dubai complexes.
We have just one planet, and it is up to us to protect it.
