Cookies Policy
Last updated: 8 October 2026
1. About this policy
This Cookies Policy explains how Vonder (“we”, “us” or “our”) uses cookies and similar technologies on https://www.vondereurope.com/ (our website) and how you can manage your choices.
Vonder comprises the Vonder Group entities listed in our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use. Vonder UK Limited is registered in England and Wales under company number 11623330, with its registered office at 61 Welbeck Street, London, United Kingdom, W1G 9XD. Where cookies involve the processing of personal data, the responsible controller is the relevant Vonder Group entity identified in our Privacy Policy.
For questions about this policy, contact our Data Protection Officer at DPO@vondereurope.com or by post at 61 Welbeck Street, London, United Kingdom, W1G 9XD.
Read this policy alongside our Privacy Policy, which explains how we process personal information and describes your rights, and our Terms of Use.
We use cookies and similar technologies in accordance with applicable data protection and electronic communications law, including the UK Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003 (PECR), the UK GDPR, the EU GDPR and national laws implementing the EU ePrivacy Directive, including Germany’s Telecommunications Digital Services Data Protection Act (TDDDG) and Poland’s Electronic Communications Law.
2. What cookies and similar technologies are
Cookies are small files stored on your device when you visit a website. They can remember choices or help measure how a website is used.
Our website also uses browser storage. For example, local storage keeps a record of your cookie choice so that we do not ask you again on every visit.
Some technologies do not use conventional cookies but may still access, collect or use information from your browser or device. The rules applying to cookies can also apply to technologies such as browser storage, pixels, scripts, tags and certain device-identification techniques. References to “cookies” in this policy include these technologies where applicable.
3. Technologies used on our website
The names below identify cookies or technologies used on the website. The suffix in _ga_<ID> varies with our Google Analytics configuration.
- cookie_consent (local storage) — Provider: Vonder. Purpose: Remembers and gives effect to your cookie choice. Duration: 30 days.
- _ga — Provider: Google Analytics. Purpose: Distinguishes visitors for usage measurement, with your consent. Duration: Up to 2 years.
- _ga_<ID> — Provider: Google Analytics. Purpose: Maintains session information for usage measurement, with your consent. Duration: Up to 2 years.
- Vercel Web Analytics — Provider: Vercel. Purpose: Measures website visits and interactions so we can understand how the website is used and make sure it is working properly. Duration: No cookies or storage on your device; the request hash resets daily.
- Advertising technologies — Provider: Our advertising partners. Purpose: Measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns and show relevant ads, with your consent. Duration: Varies by provider; see section 7.
- Trustpilot review widget — Provider: Trustpilot. Purpose: Displays our Trustpilot reviews; Trustpilot may receive your IP address and may set its own cookies. Duration: Set by Trustpilot; see Trustpilot’s cookie information.
Cookie lifetimes may restart when cookies are updated during later visits, depending on their configuration. Your browser settings may also shorten their lifetime or remove them earlier.
We and our advertising partners use advertising technologies to measure our campaigns and show relevant ads. These load only after you select “Accept all”, as explained in section 7.
4. Remembering your cookie choice
Our cookie banner allows you to select “Accept all” or “Reject all”. Your selection is stored in your browser’s local storage under the name cookie_consent, so the website can remember it for 30 days.
This storage is strictly necessary to remember and give effect to your cookie choices and may therefore be used without your consent.
After it expires, or if you clear it from your browser, the website will ask you to choose again. You can select “Reject all” again to maintain your refusal.
5. Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use our website, including which pages are visited and how visitors reach and interact with them.
Google Analytics may process:
- Cookie identifiers.
- Browser and device information.
- Pages viewed and interactions.
- Traffic sources.
- Approximate location derived from the IP address.
Google states that GA4 does not log or store individual IP addresses.
Google Analytics loads only after you select “Accept all” in our cookie banner. Selecting “Reject all” prevents it from loading. If you previously accepted, selecting “Reject all” withdraws your consent and stops future Google Analytics collection.
The Google Analytics cookies may remain on your device for up to two years. Vonder has separately configured Google Analytics to retain applicable user-level and event-level data for two months. This retention setting does not determine how long standard aggregated statistical reports remain available.
Google may process information outside the UK and EEA. See our Privacy Policy for information about international transfers.
6. Vercel Web Analytics
We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand traffic and interactions and improve our website. This includes page views, visitor counts, approximate geographic information and interactions with the website.
Vercel Web Analytics does not set cookies or store information on your device. It uses a temporary hash derived from request information to distinguish visits within a day. That hash resets daily and is not used as a persistent identifier across days.
Because Vercel Web Analytics does not use cookies or store information on your device, it is not controlled through our cookie banner and runs for all visitors. We rely on our legitimate interests in understanding how our website is used and making sure it is working properly. Vercel Web Analytics does not identify individual visitors, and we do not use it to single out or profile anyone.
The daily reset of the temporary hash does not mean that all analytics statistics are deleted daily. Vercel may retain analytics reporting data in accordance with its service arrangements.
If you have questions about these activities, contact DPO@vondereurope.com.
7. Advertising
We use advertising technologies, such as pixels and tags provided by our advertising partners, to measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns and to show advertising that may be relevant to you on other websites and platforms.
These technologies may process:
- Cookie identifiers.
- Browser and device information.
- Pages viewed and interactions.
- Information about the ads you see and select.
- Approximate location derived from the IP address.
Advertising technologies load only after you select “Accept all” in our cookie banner. Selecting “Reject all” prevents them from loading. If you previously accepted, selecting “Reject all” withdraws your consent and stops future collection.
Our advertising partners may use this information in accordance with their own privacy policies and may process it outside the UK and EEA. See our Privacy Policy for information about international transfers.
8. Third-party content
Our website includes content and functionality supplied by third parties, including a Trustpilot review widget. When this content loads, the provider may receive information such as your IP address and may use cookies or similar technologies under its own policies.
Where consent is required, this content loads only after you have given your consent. If you reject it, some embedded content may not be available.
For more information, please see Trustpilot’s privacy policy.
9. Managing your choices
Our cookie banner allows you to select “Accept all” or “Reject all”.
- Google Analytics and advertising technologies are disabled unless and until you select “Accept all”.
- Vercel Web Analytics does not use cookies and is not affected by your cookie choices, as explained in section 6.
- Third-party content that requires consent loads only after you select “Accept all”.
- The storage that remembers your choice remains available.
You can reopen the banner at any time through “Cookie Settings” in the website footer.
If you previously accepted non-essential cookies, selecting “Reject all” withdraws your consent. These changes apply to future collection and do not make earlier lawful processing unlawful.
You can also use your browser settings to:
- View and delete cookies.
- Clear browser storage and other website data.
- Block some or all cookies or website storage.
If you want to remove existing Google Analytics cookies from your device, you can clear them through your browser settings as well as updating your choice in our banner.
Your choices generally apply to the browser and device you use. You may need to make them again on another browser or device, after clearing stored website data, or when the record of your choice expires.
Blocking storage may affect features such as remembering your cookie choice.
10. Hosting, content delivery and fonts
Our hosting and content-delivery providers process technical request information, such as your IP address, to deliver pages, images and other resources and to support security and troubleshooting. This processing is described in our Privacy Policy.
Technical information processed by our hosting provider for page delivery, network security and troubleshooting is separate from the Vercel Web Analytics service described above.
Our web fonts are hosted locally by us or our approved hosting providers, so loading them does not require a connection to an external font provider.
Links to third-party websites or resident platforms take you away from our website. Cookies and similar technologies used after you leave our website are explained in the information provided by that service.
11. International transfers
Some providers may process information collected through cookies and similar technologies outside the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Where personal data is transferred internationally, we ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place as required by applicable law. Further information is available in our Privacy Policy.
12. Contact and complaints
If you have questions about this policy or our use of cookies, please contact our Data Protection Officer at DPO@vondereurope.com.
You also have the right to complain to the relevant data protection authority, including:
- United Kingdom: the Information Commissioner’s Office (https://ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint/).
- Germany: the competent state data protection authority, including the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information where applicable.
- Poland: the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).
You do not have to contact us before making a complaint to a supervisory authority.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our technologies, providers or legal requirements change.
The current version will appear on this page with its last-updated date. Where required by law, we will obtain consent before introducing or materially changing non-exempt technologies. Where we rely on a statutory exception, we will provide the information and controls, including any right to object, required for that exception.
