Terms of Use

Last updated: 8 October 2026

1. About these terms

These terms explain the rules for using https://www.vondereurope.com/ (our website).

Our website provides information about our homes, accommodation and related services. It allows you to search available homes, submit enquiries and applications, make or request bookings and contact us.

These terms govern your use of our website. They do not replace a booking, accommodation, tenancy or other separate agreement with us. Submitting an enquiry or application does not itself reserve a home or create a booking, accommodation or tenancy agreement.

2. Who we are and how to contact us

Our website is operated by Vonder. Vonder comprises the following legal entities, together referred to as the Vonder Group:

  • Vonder UK Limited: registered in England and Wales under company number 11623330, with its registered office at 61 Welbeck Street, London, United Kingdom, W1G 9XD.

  • Vonder Poland Sp. z o.o.: registered in Poland, with its office at ul. Puławska 17, 02-515 Warsaw, Poland. KRS: 0000800493; NIP: 5252799689; REGON: 384218856; EU VAT number: PL5252799689.
  • Vonder GmbH: registered in Germany, with its office at Schlüterstr. 32, Charlottenburg, Berlin, 10629, Germany. Registration number: HRB 150716.
  • Vonder Munich GmbH: registered in Germany, with its office at Schlüterstr. 32, Charlottenburg, Berlin, 10629, Germany. Registration number: HRB 206964.

Each entity in the Vonder Group is a limited liability company.

References to “Vonder”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean the Vonder Group entity responsible for operating the website or providing the service concerned. The agreement for a particular booking or tenancy identifies the entity you contract with.

You can contact us at webadmin@vondereurope.com or write to us at 61 Welbeck Street, London, United Kingdom, W1G 9XD.

3. Accepting these terms

These terms apply whenever you use our website. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use the website.

We recommend saving or printing a copy for future reference.

You must also comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. Our Privacy Policy explains how we use personal data, and our Cookies Policy explains our use of cookies and similar technologies.

4. Changes to the website and these terms

We may update our website to reflect changes to our homes, services, users’ needs, operational requirements or applicable law.

We may also update these terms. The current version will appear on this page with an updated date. Please check it when using our website. We will provide additional notice where required by law.

Changes to these website terms do not, by themselves, amend an existing booking, accommodation, tenancy or other separate agreement.

Changes will take effect from the date stated in the updated version and will not retrospectively alter accrued rights or obligations.

5. Website availability

Our website is available free of charge. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that all content will always be available.

We may suspend, restrict or withdraw all or part of the website for business, security or operational reasons. We will try to give reasonable notice where practicable.

You are responsible for ensuring that people using our website through your internet connection are aware of these terms and comply with them.

Where the website, a resident platform or an online reporting facility is unavailable, this does not affect any statutory or contractual obligation owed by Vonder. Existing residents should use the alternative repair, emergency or contact arrangements communicated to them where an urgent matter cannot be reported online.

6. Property information, enquiries and bookings

We take reasonable care to ensure that descriptions of homes, rents and prices, availability, included services and other material information published on our website are accurate, clear and current when published. Information may change, for example because a home becomes unavailable, and we will update material information where reasonably practicable.

Please contact us if you require clarification before making a decision or entering into an agreement. Nothing in this section reduces our responsibility to provide material information or to avoid misleading actions or omissions where required by law.

Website content is provided for general information and does not constitute professional or specialist advice. Obtain such advice where appropriate.

Where we advertise residential property in England, we will comply with applicable statutory requirements relating to property advertising, including requirements concerning asking rents, rental bidding, discrimination and other material information. Where we advertise property in Germany, Poland or any other country, we will comply with the requirements that apply there.

Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility for information that is binding under consumer law or forms part of an agreement with you, or limits liability for misleading statements where it would be unlawful to do so.

7. Your account

If you choose, or are provided with, a user identification code, password or other security information, you must keep it confidential and must not disclose it to anyone else.

If you know or suspect that someone else knows your account credentials, please notify us promptly at webadmin@vondereurope.com.

We may disable a user identification code or password if we reasonably consider that you have failed to comply with these terms or our Acceptable Use Policy. Any such action will be taken in accordance with the enforcement and review section of our Acceptable Use Policy and does not, by itself, affect a tenancy or your access to your home.

8. Intellectual property

We own or license the intellectual property rights in our website and its content, including text, photographs, graphics and branding. All rights are reserved except as expressly stated in these terms or where use is otherwise permitted by applicable law.

You may print one copy and download extracts of website pages for personal use. You may also draw the attention of others within your organisation to content on our website.

You must not:

  • Modify materials you have printed or downloaded.
  • Use illustrations, photographs, video, audio or graphics separately from their accompanying text.
  • Use website content commercially without permission from us or the relevant rights holder.

Where appropriate, you must acknowledge Vonder and any identified contributors as the source or author of the content.

If you copy or download content in breach of these terms, your permission to use that content ends. We may require you to return or delete copies, subject to applicable law.

Vonder names, logos and brand identifiers may not be used without permission except as part of an authorised use of our content or as otherwise permitted by law.

9. Enquiries, applications and information you submit

You should provide information that is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge and belief and must not knowingly provide false, fraudulent or materially misleading information. You must have the rights and permissions needed to submit it. You must not send unlawful, abusive or harmful material or use our enquiry forms for unsolicited promotions.

You retain any intellectual property rights you hold in materials you submit. You grant us permission to use, store, copy and, where necessary, share those materials to the extent reasonably required to respond to your enquiry, process your application or booking, provide the requested service, comply with law or exercise or defend legal rights. Personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Private enquiry, application and booking information is not treated as content submitted for public display.

Content submitted for publication

Where our website or a Vonder platform allows you to publish content in a public area, that content will be visible to others and should not contain confidential information. Content published by users has not necessarily been verified by us, and views expressed by users do not necessarily represent Vonder’s views.

You retain ownership of your content. You grant us a non-exclusive licence to use, store, copy and display it as necessary to operate the feature through which you published it.

We may remove content if we reasonably believe it breaches our Acceptable Use Policy or applicable law. To report content you believe is unlawful or breaches our Acceptable Use Policy, please contact webadmin@vondereurope.com.

10. External links and third-party services

Our website may link to, or embed content from, third-party websites and services. Residents may also be directed to third-party platforms, for example for payments, maintenance reporting or resident services. Please read the terms and privacy information applicable to those platforms before using them.

External links are provided for information. We do not control third-party websites and do not endorse their content merely by linking to them.

A link to a third-party service does not alter the respective responsibilities of Vonder or any third party under applicable data protection, consumer or housing law.

This does not exclude any responsibility we have for processing maintenance reports, managing repairs or fulfilling obligations under a separate agreement or applicable law.

11. Security and prohibited use

You must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. In particular, you must not introduce malware, attempt unauthorised access, bypass security controls or disrupt the website through denial-of-service attacks or other harmful activity. Such conduct may be a criminal offence, including under the Computer Misuse Act 1990 or equivalent laws in other countries.

We do not guarantee that the website will be free of bugs or viruses. You should maintain appropriate device security and antivirus protection.

We may restrict access in response to misuse and report suspected unlawful conduct to the relevant authorities. Any disclosure of personal data will comply with applicable law.

12. Our responsibility for loss or damage

For all users

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence and for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

Your mandatory statutory rights are unaffected.

Business users

To the fullest extent permitted by law, and subject to the reasonableness requirements of the Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977 where applicable, we exclude warranties, conditions and other terms which might otherwise be implied in relation to the provision of this website and its general informational content.

We will not be liable to a business user for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from use of, inability to use, or reliance on the general informational content of this website, or for loss of profit, revenue, anticipated savings, business opportunity, goodwill or reputation, except to the extent that such liability cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.

Nothing in these website terms excludes or restricts liability arising under a booking, accommodation or tenancy agreement or other separate contract, or any statutory or regulatory obligation applying independently of these terms.

Consumers

Where you use our website for personal purposes, we are responsible for foreseeable loss or damage caused by our breach of these terms or our failure to use reasonable care and skill, subject to applicable law. We are not responsible under these consumer provisions for losses relating to a business, trade or profession. Where the Consumer Rights Act 2015, or equivalent consumer law in your country of residence, applies to digital content supplied by us under a contract, your statutory remedies, including any applicable remedy for damage to a device or other digital content, remain unaffected.

13. Linking to our website

You may link to our homepage fairly and lawfully, without harming our reputation or suggesting an endorsement or association that does not exist.

You must not frame our website within another website. For other uses of our content or links to other pages, please request permission by emailing webadmin@vondereurope.com.

The linking website must comply with the content standards in our Acceptable Use Policy. We may withdraw linking permission where appropriate.

14. Automated and AI-assisted technologies

Vonder may use approved automated or artificial intelligence-assisted technologies to support administrative, analytical and customer-service activities.

We do not use our website or enquiry forms to make solely automated decisions about you that produce legal or similarly significant effects without meaningful human involvement.

Where personal data is processed using automated or AI-assisted technologies, this is carried out in accordance with applicable data protection law and our Privacy Policy.

15. Transfer of these terms

We may transfer our rights and obligations under these terms to another organisation. If this happens, we will notify you in writing and ensure that the transfer does not reduce your rights under these terms.

Any transfer will not affect rights which have already accrued.

16. Complaints

The complaints procedure below applies to our homes and services in all the countries where we operate, including the United Kingdom, Germany and Poland.

We are committed to providing a high standard of service to our residents and tenants. If you are dissatisfied with our service, we encourage you to raise a complaint. Our complaints procedure is designed to ensure that your concerns are addressed promptly and fairly.

You can make a complaint by emailing webadmin@vondereurope.com or by writing to the Vonder office in the country where your home is located, as listed in section 2 of these terms.

Our commitment

We aim to respond as follows:

  • Step 1: Your complaint will be acknowledged by the property manager responsible for the building. If the complaint does not relate to property management, it will be forwarded to the relevant team, for example Lettings, End of Tenancy or Tenancy Progression.
  • Step 2: A full response will be provided within 10 working days by the property manager, or by the relevant team if the complaint was forwarded.
  • Step 3: If the designated team member is unable to resolve the issue to your satisfaction, they will escalate the matter to their line manager, who will inform you of the next steps.
  • Step 4: If the complaint is still not resolved, the Head of Department will respond within 10 working days. This will be our final response to your complaint.

Thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention. We value your feedback and strive to improve our services.

This procedure does not affect any rights you have under the law of the country where your home is located, including any right to refer your complaint to a competent authority or court.

17. Accessibility

We aim to make our website and services accessible. If a disability makes it difficult for you to use the website, submit an enquiry or application or report a maintenance issue, please contact us so that we can consider an appropriate reasonable adjustment or alternative method of communication.

18. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by English law.

If you are a consumer, the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in the courts there. If you are a consumer resident in a member state of the European Union, including Germany or Poland, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of that country. Nothing limits any mandatory consumer protection or jurisdiction rights you have under the law of your country of residence.

If you are a business user, the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms, including non-contractual disputes or claims.
