Vonder is a tech-enabled living platform.
We rent furnished apartments in managed buildings — with a resident app, a community events programme and on-site amenities at many of them — to people living away from home for months rather than nights. We manage 3,400+ units across 12 cities in the UK, Germany, Poland, the UAE and the United States.

What Vonder does
Furnished apartments on flexible terms
Studios, one, two and three-bedroom apartments, furnished and equipped, on terms that stretch from short stays to long-term lets. Residents arrive with a suitcase rather than a van.
Technology that runs the home
Residents book amenities, report issues, join events and reach support through the Vonder app, alongside a rewards platform — rather than across a letting agent, a managing agent and a handful of separate suppliers.
Buildings with communal space
Members' lounges, communal kitchens, co-working areas, meeting rooms, cinema rooms and gyms — which of these a building has varies from site to site. Where they are there, they are somewhere to work, cook together and meet neighbours without leaving home.
A resident community and events programme
An events programme and a members' community run across our buildings. For someone who has just moved to a new city and knows nobody, this is often the part that matters most.
Value-added services
Services that take the friction out of moving and out of daily life. The specifics vary by city and are offered through local partners. Residents choose what they want; nothing is added automatically.

What makes Vonder different
Five things that are structural, not marketing.
One operator, five countries
Vonder manages 3,400+ units across 12 cities and runs them on one platform. A resident moving from London to Berlin or Warsaw for work moves within the same app, to the same standards, without starting again as a stranger in a new rental market.
One app for the whole tenancy
Booking an amenity, reporting a repair, joining an event and reaching support all happen in the Vonder app, with a rewards platform attached. Residents are not passed between a letting agent, a managing agent and a block manager to get something done.
Stays from days to years, in the same home
A Vonder building takes short stays and multi-year lets in the same inventory, so residents are not forced to choose between a hotel that is too temporary and a tenancy that is too permanent. The term can follow the reason you moved, rather than the other way round.
Buildings repositioned, not just filled
For owners, Vonder works from the entitlement stage on layout, unit mix and amenity design, or repositions a standing asset through staging, furniture packages and integrated services.
Shared space that is run, not just provided
Plenty of buildings list a gym and a lounge. The difference is whether anyone is ever in them. Vonder programmes its shared space — a resident events calendar, on-site teams and bookings through the app — so the rooms create contact between neighbours instead of sitting empty. Which spaces a building has varies from site to site; that they are actively run does not.

Community is the reason the buildings work
Community is not an amenity bolted on at Vonder; it is the reason the buildings work. An events programme runs across the portfolio, from rooftop yoga to gallery nights to street basketball, and the Vonder app holds the home, the services and the community in one place.

The team behind Vonder.
How Vonder started. Vonder was founded in 2017 on a gap that renting had never closed. People were moving between cities for work and study more than any generation before them, but renting was still local, slow and administrative — an empty flat, weeks spent buying furniture and opening utility accounts, a long lease, and nobody to talk to once you arrived. Cities were full of people living alone in them. What was missing was a platform: modern, furnished homes in the cities people actually want to be in, onboarding that takes minutes rather than weeks, buildings with amenities and a community already in them, and one app to run all of it.
The team today. Vonder's teams cover property operations, leasing, resident experience, design and construction, technology and finance, with on-site or regional staff in every city.
